This Complaint Policy explains how users may submit complaints about LustCrush and how Chatr AI LLC reviews them.
We handle complaints professionally, confidentially, and impartially, and we work to resolve reported issues promptly.
1. How to Submit a Complaint
Send complaints to support@lustcrush.ai. Include your name, account email, a clear description of the issue, relevant dates or URLs, and supporting screenshots or documentation where available.
2. Acknowledgment and Review
We aim to acknowledge complaints within 72 hours and resolve reported complaints within 5 business days where feasible. If there is evidence of illegal or non-compliant content, we may remove it immediately.
3. Resolution and Escalation
We may provide an outcome, request more information, remove content, restrict accounts, or take other appropriate action. If you disagree with the result, you may request escalation and explain why further review is needed.
