Content Creator Agreement

This Content Creator Agreement applies to users who create, upload, publish, distribute, promote, or monetize content, characters, media, subscriptions, or related offerings through LustCrush.
By participating as a creator on LustCrush, you agree to this agreement, our Terms, and all applicable content, safety, payment, and compliance policies.
1. Creator Eligibility
1. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and meet all age, identity, tax, payout, and verification requirements we apply.
2. You must provide accurate account, ownership, consent, and payout information and promptly update it if it changes.
3. We may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate creator access at our discretion, including for compliance, safety, risk, fraud, or payment reasons.

2. Rights and Permissions
1. You represent that you own or have all rights, licenses, releases, and permissions needed for content and materials you submit or monetize.
2. You grant us the rights needed to host, display, process, moderate, promote, distribute, and operate your creator content on and off the Services.
3. You may not upload or monetize third-party likeness, voice, images, videos, names, brands, or identity materials without valid authorization.

3. Creator Conduct
1. You must comply with our Prohibited Content Policy, Content Moderation Policy, Content Removal Policy, Underage Policy, Sex Trafficking Policy, and all applicable law.
2. You may not publish misleading offers, manipulate metrics, engage in payment abuse, evade moderation, impersonate others, or encourage users to violate our policies.
3. You are responsible for preserving consent records, ownership records, and documentation for materials you submit or monetize.

4. Monetization and Enforcement
Creator monetization, promotion, payouts, and distribution may be subject to review, limits, fees, chargebacks, refunds, tax requirements, payment-provider rules, holds, reversals, or termination. We may remove content or restrict creator features where required for safety, compliance, legal, payment, or platform integrity reasons.
