This Content Moderation Policy describes how Chatr AI LLC monitors, restricts, and responds to content or behavior on LustCrush.

We support creative AI expression, but we do not allow use of the Services to generate, share, promote, or facilitate illegal, exploitative, abusive, or harmful content.

1. AI-generated messages, images, videos, audio, and other outputs.
2. User prompts, uploads, comments, tags, and character settings.
3. Character names, bios, profile fields, usernames, and account metadata.
4. Public content, reported content, flagged content, and suspicious behavior.

1. Automated tools and filters that detect policy violations and high-risk prompt patterns.
2. Human review for reported, public, flagged, or higher-risk content.
3. Safety audits of trends, tags, characters, prompts, payment activity, and account behavior.
4. Rate limits, blocks, and restrictions designed to prevent abuse and policy circumvention.

Users can report policy violations by contacting support@lustcrush.ai. We review reports within a reasonable timeframe and may follow up for clarification. Appeals of moderation decisions can be submitted to the same address.

Depending on severity, we may block generation, remove content, issue warnings, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or escalate matters to law enforcement where required.
