This Merchant Content Moderation and Boarding Policy explains how Chatr AI LLC reviews, boards, monitors, and enforces standards for merchants, creators, partners, and monetized accounts on LustCrush.

This policy applies to any person or entity seeking to publish, promote, sell, monetize, or distribute content, characters, subscriptions, services, or offers through LustCrush.

1. Merchants and creators may be reviewed before being approved for monetization, promotion, payouts, or expanded distribution.
2. We may evaluate identity, account history, business model, content category, payment risk, sanctions risk, fraud indicators, and compliance with our Terms and policies.
3. Applicants must provide accurate information and may be required to provide additional documentation, consent records, age or identity verification, tax or payout information, and content ownership evidence.

1. Merchants may not offer illegal, exploitative, non-consensual, underage, trafficking-related, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited content or services.
2. Merchants may not misrepresent identity, consent, ownership, pricing, subscription terms, refund terms, or the nature of AI-generated content.
3. Merchants may not use the platform to evade payment rules, card-network rules, age gates, safety checks, moderation filters, sanctions controls, or fraud controls.

Approved merchants and creators remain subject to ongoing monitoring, including automated checks, manual review, payment-risk review, complaint review, public-content audits, and review of suspicious activity.

We may reject onboarding, pause publishing, limit distribution, remove content, hold or disable payouts, request additional documentation, suspend or terminate accounts, notify payment partners, or report illegal activity where appropriate.
