This Prohibited Content Policy is provided by Chatr AI LLC for LustCrush. We are committed to operating a safe, lawful, and respectful AI companion and content platform.
This policy applies to prompts, chats, character names, bios, images, videos, comments, profile content, and any other content created, uploaded, generated, shared, or requested through LustCrush.
1. Prohibited Content
1. Illegal content or activity, including content involving illegal drugs, weapons, fraud, terrorism, or instructions to commit crimes.
2. Hate speech, harassment, threats, or discrimination based on protected characteristics.
3. Real-world violence, sexual violence, gore, self-harm encouragement, or content that glorifies harm to others.
4. Child sexual abuse material, sexualization of minors, content resembling minors in sexual contexts, grooming, exploitation, or any attempt to endanger minors.
5. Human trafficking, sex trafficking, coercion, recruitment, or content that normalizes exploitation.
6. Non-consensual intimate content, impersonation, doxxing, privacy violations, or content designed to resemble real people without proper rights or consent.
7. Copyright, trademark, publicity-right, or other intellectual-property infringement.
8. Bestiality, necrophilic content, incest content, or other content that is illegal or disallowed by our Terms.
9. Attempts to bypass moderation, security, fraud-prevention, age-gating, or payment controls.

Users are responsible for their prompts, settings, uploads, and interactions with AI characters. You must use LustCrush only in a manner consistent with applicable law, our Terms, and this policy.
3. Enforcement
Violations may result in prompt blocking, content removal, character removal, account suspension, account termination, payment restrictions, and reports to law enforcement or other authorities where appropriate.
