Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how Chatr AI LLC handles refund requests for purchases made through our websites and apps.
Digital products and credits
Purchases of digital credits, coins, virtual items, and other consumable digital products are generally final once delivered or used. If you believe a purchase was made in error, duplicated, or not delivered, contact us and we will review the issue.
Subscriptions
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, but it does not automatically refund charges that have already been processed. Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated at cancellation.
Refund requests
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. To request a refund, contact support@lustcrush.ai with the email address used for the purchase, the order or transaction ID if available, the purchase date, and a short description of the issue.
Payment processor rules
Some purchases may be subject to the refund rules of the payment processor, app store, card network, or bank used for the transaction. If a purchase was made through an app store, refund requests may need to be submitted through that app store.
