This 3rd Party Consent Agreement applies when users submit, upload, reference, transform, generate from, or monetize materials involving a third party's likeness, image, voice, name, identity, biometric identifiers, social profile, copyrighted work, trademark, or other protected rights on LustCrush.

You may use third-party materials only when you have all legally required rights, permissions, releases, and consents.

1. You must obtain clear, valid, and documented consent before using another person’s likeness, voice, image, video, name, identity, or personal materials.
2. Consent must cover the specific use, including AI processing, generation, transformation, publication, promotion, monetization, and any adult or mature context where applicable.
3. You may not use materials involving minors for mature, sexualized, exploitative, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited content.

1. You represent that third-party materials you submit do not infringe privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, contract, or other rights.
2. You represent that you can provide proof of consent, ownership, license, release, or authority upon request.
3. You agree not to impersonate, defame, harass, exploit, or mislead users about any third party.

We may request documentation, refuse uploads, block generation, remove content, restrict distribution, suspend accounts, or terminate access if consent or rights are missing, unclear, disputed, revoked, or unverifiable.
